Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a dynamic functional solution
- Receive, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Meet expectations with regards to behavioral and administrative facets of the position
- Responsible for performing a diverse range of day to day technical administrative functions in support of IT service installation, maintenance, and sustaining opportunities, this includes daily operation status oversight and customer coordination/scheduling for trouble ticket resolution and new service installation activities
- Training and Travel requirements

- Prospect for new customers and retain existing customers
- Develop relationships with and maintain communications with new businesses through various mediums
- Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure above average quota and revenue goal attainment
- Maintain a solid understanding of all the major product groups and applications associated with these product groups
- Assist sales organization by uncovering sales leads through telemarketing and networking
- Maintain and retain existing customers as well as reach out to targeted potential customer areas
- Training on existing and new products
- Managing a funnel of prospects and farming long term relationships
